    Lots of stuff for animals i didn't know you could get for your pets. The grooming salon is always busy on the weekends. All the pet trainers are very helpful, lizzard, are cute, and so are the hamsters, fish tanks seem clean for how busy it is ...

    Always have what I need for my 3 puppies. Decent prices and usually have good sales. Large variety of pet food and treats. Friendly staff and always willing to help with their knowledge of products. Accessible for wheelchairs and strollers to.

    Brought my little Maltese puppy for her first groomers experience she came out from her appointment as cute as ever and she’s so soft and smells like a dream definitely brining her back for her upkeep

    Had my fur-baby groomed yesterday by Joelle! She was amazing. She listened to all my crazy instructions and requests, ands followed them all perfectly! Best grooming job in ten years! She was very kind and friendly when meeting me and my pooch for the first time! Highly recommend her as a groomer ! Kenny sends his doggie kisses xo

    Large selection of kitty litter boxes, which was what I went in for. I was looking for a large box with high sides and found what I wanted. It was reasonable at 39.00 for such a large box, with a cute side holder for my bags and litter scoop. The litter catcher pads were too pricey there though. The foam type ones were 40.00 and I can get the same one at dollarama for 4.00. I wish those were more reasonably priced. I attached a photo of the white and blue foam mat from the dollar store, which was the same as the type at pet smart (different pattern of course than pet smart)

    Joelle did such a fantastic job grooming our 6 month old Cockapoo. This was his first haircut and they were so excellent with him and so reassuring to me. You can tell that she really loves what she does! Thanks for turning this milestone I was dreading into such a positive experience!

    I brought my dog Zelda for grooming, and I was so impressed with the service from her groomer, Kenzi. From the moment I dropped Zelda off, I felt confident she was in good hands. Kenzi took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and she followed my requests to the letter. Zelda's cut is perfect, and she looks so happy and smells AMAZING (even her breath lol). Kenzi also went above and beyond by styling Zelda's topknot in an extra-fancy, adorable way! It was a sweet surprise and showed her genuine care for her work. I'm so grateful for Kenzi's attention to detail and her gentle approach. I could tell she truly cared about Zelda. I highly recommend PetSmart grooming and especially Kenzi for anyone looking for a top-notch grooming experience! Thank you, Kenzi, for making Zelda look and feel her best! She you again in a few weeks!
